Curriculum Roadmap

Week 1-2

PRESENCE: The Foundation

Learn to pause and get present, creating small moments many times throughout your day to shift out of autopilot. Develop the ability to transition from your "survival brain" to your "wise brain," recalibrate your nervous system and strengthen your prefrontal cortex. Practice proactive pauses and wise brain reps to create choice points and develop response flexibility, enhancing your resilience and effectiveness in both work and personal life.

Week 5-6

CLARITY: Emotional Intelligence

Enhance your capacity to regulate strong emotions, build empathy, and open yourself to greater joy and fulfillment. Practice techniques to savor life's simple pleasures, prevent angry outbursts, overcome self-doubt, and activate positive emotions to boost your mood. Learn to transform toxic emotions and cultivate positivity for improved emotional well-being.

Week 3-4

CALM: Somatic Intelligence

Develop your ability to maintain a steady baseline of calm and quickly recover your equilibrium in stressful situations. Learn techniques to regulate the stress response, tame digital anxiety, and respond calmly to challenging environments and difficult people. Practice widening your window of tolerance and overcoming automatic stress reactivity to build greater resilience.

Week 7-8

CREATIVITY: Reflective Intelligence

Learn to release self-limiting thoughts and beliefs, unlock your growth mindset, and fuel your most creative ideas. Practice choosing your mindset, tapping into fresh perspectives when problem-solving, stopping rumination after criticism, and discovering opportunities in life's challenges. Develop skills for innovation and transforming obstacles into opportunities.

Week 9-10

CONNECTION: Relational Intelligence

Develop skills to quiet your inner critic, cultivate your inner ally, turn conflict into connection, and fuel satisfying relationships. Learn to boost confidence in social situations, be kinder to yourself, connect authentically with others, and foster belonging and trust in your communities. Practice transforming conflict into connection and overcoming "us vs. them" bias to build stronger, more meaningful relationships.
